All products are located in United Kingdom, we ship our products by Royal Mail. And please note the shipping fee includes the postage, packing materials and handling fee.

Products are generally shipped out the next business day after payment has been verified (Sat. & Sun. and most national holidays excluded.)

Tracking number will be emailed to buyer once your ordered product was shipped out. But tracking information is unavailable when the package is shipped to Ireland.

We usually ship package address that you put order on our website system's address. If you want to change your shipping address, please email us in time.
We are not responsible for wrong or undeliverable address. Please check that the address you have provided is correct and current.

Do not use non-standard abbreviations. Royal Mail charge fee to re-direct a package for any reason, and you are responsible for this re-direction fee and other charges that might incurred.
